Donte Woodard
9U Coach & Elite Pitching Coach
Donte played for Elgin HS where he received First Team All District as a pitcher, All District Academic Honors, and recorded 75 strikeouts his senior year. He went on to play baseball and pitch D1 for TX State University. Donte has several years of coaching experience, and we are very blessed to have him within the organization.
Keaton Milford
11U Coach & 15U Coach
Keaton played for Canyon High School before going on to play for McLennan. He transferred to St. Mary’s University where he played as a first baseman & logged 177 put outs & 5 assists. He accumulated 29 runs, 51 RBI’s, and 4 home runs during his junior & senior year at St. Mary’s. We feel blessed to have Keaton, and he has made a tremendous impact on our players.


Keaton Milford
11U Coach & 15U Coach

Jacob Coats
Pitching Coach & Off Season Development Coach
Jacob graduated from Clemons High School in 2006 on went in to play at Paris Junior College. He then transferred to Houston Baptist University where he set the NCAA D1 strikeout record in a single game. Jacob now plays professionally with the Astros Organization and pitches for the Asheville Tourists. Jacob is a developmental coach for our High School program working with our pitchers and runs our off season throwing program Nov-Feb.
Noah Martinez
15U Coach & 16U Coach
Noah graduated from New Braunfels High School in 2017, where his senior season earned him an invitation to the San Antonio All-Star Game. Playing as a utility player most of his career, Noah has experience in the outfield, 3rd base, & MIF. His outstanding outfield performance earned him a Gold Glove nomination in HS. He attended juco to pursue his baseball career, then transferred to the University of St. Thomas where he was the starting second baseman and team captain. Noah helped lead his university to the first winning season and postseason appearance in program history. He also finished his career with 100+ collegiate hits in less than 4 years, earned SCAC Hitter of the week honors in 2020, and SCAC All-Tournament Team honors in 2022.


Noah Martinez
15U Coach & 16U Coach

Colton Parrish
17U Coach & 13U Red Coach
Colton graduated from La Vernia high school in 2015 where he earned all district all 4 years and All State honors. Colton went on to play baseball for Blinn College where he played 2 seasons before becoming a catcher at Texas Christian University. He finished his career as a catcher for St. Mary’s University. Colton has been trained and coached by some of the best in Texas and we are excited to have Colton’s catching and batting expertise in our program.
Kai Mayne
12U Red Coach
Kai has coached youth baseball since 2016. He is a former utility player and pitcher for Westwood High School under the instruction of coach Bart Bratcher and later as a pitcher for Southwest Texas State under Howard Bushong. Unfortunately, his college playing career was cut short by arm injuries but he went on to play 4 years in semi pro leagues in Austin and San Antonio with former college and pro players. He has a true love of the game and is always seeking more knowledge and strategies to help individual players and any team he coaches. Coach Kai says, “I consider myself to still be a student of the game. My greatest joy now is developing young pitchers and players to be great young men and complete players so they, and our teams, can compete at the highest levels.”


Kai Mayne
12U Red Coach
Kai has coached youth baseball since 2016. He is a former utility player and pitcher for Westwood High School under the instruction of coach Bart Bratcher and later as a pitcher for Southwest Texas State under Howard Bushong. Jacob Finke
Jacob graduated from Pearland High School and went on to play for Angelina College where he set the homerun record during his time there, earned All Conference Outfielder, and Defensive Player of the Year awards. He then went on to play for Sam Houston University then finished his playing career at Angelo State University where he earned All Conference Outfielder once. again. Jacob brings tremendous value and knowledge to our program and players.
Eric Rabinowitz
13U Red Coach
Eric graduated from Samuel Clemens High School with a successful baseball career that helped him to obtain the starting shortstop position at Texas Lutheran University where he played until he completed his degree. He has coached 14u baseball for 4 years, as well as, running and assisting in many trainings and clinics among all ages in the area. His knowledge and expertise are invaluable assets to our organization.


Eric Rabinowitz
13U Red Coach
Eric graduated from Samuel Clemens High School with a successful baseball career that helped him to obtain the starting shortstop position at Texas Lutheran University where he played until he completed his degree. He has coached 14u baseball for 4 years, as well as, running and assisting in many trainings and clinics among all ages in the area. His knowledge and expertise are invaluable assets to our organization.

Ronnie Thames
Director of Player Development, College Placement Coordinator, 16U Coach & 17U Coach
Ronnie graduated from Humble High School and then went on to play 2 years at San Jacinto College. He then played football and baseball at Sam Houston State University where he was 1st team all conference both years and named to the Southland Conference all decade team in baseball. He coached with Tom Tadlock (head coach for Texas Tech University) for 2 years at Grayson County College and won back to back D1 junior college national championships. Ronnie then became the Director of Baseball Operations and College Placement for the Columbia Angels in Houston. Over the last 5 years, he has been the Marucci Elite Texas High School Director and 17u coach. We are so blessed Ronnie has joined our program to help develop elite players as our Director of High School Baseball Operations & College Placement and be the head of player development for all of our age groups.
Manny Solomon

Denson Hull
Denson Hull, a LHP pitcher from Churchill HS in San Antonio received 1st team All District 6A honors as a pitcher and graduated in 2015. He went on to play for the University of the Incarnate Word and Temple College before transferring to Creighton University in 2018. Hull was drafted in 2019 by the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Frank Bludau III
Frank Bludau III graduated from Hallettsville High School where he played both football and baseball and helped the Brahmas win their 1st 3A state championship in baseball. Following graduation, Frank was drafted by the Houston Astros in 1995. He played one year at Wharton County Junior College then played at Oklahoma State University from 1996-2000, where he went to the College World Series in 1999. Following college graduation, he later signed with the Cincinnati Reds Organization in 2000 and finished his career in 2003 in 2A with the Chattanooga Lookouts. Frank brings his pitching expertise and well-rounded knowledge of the game to our youth and is dedicated to developing players to compete at the highest level.


Frank Bludau III

Doug Beck
Please welcome Coach Doug Beck to our Marucci Elite CTX coaching staff. Beck graduated high school in 2000 from Littleton, CO where he then went on to play collegiate baseball as the starting shortstop for Lamar Junior College. He then went on to play for TX Tech University having started all 55 games in the 2003 season. While finishing his career in 2005 at the Univ of Utah, he received an NCAA award for his hitting performance. In 2006 he was contracted to play professionally in Germany before residing in New Braunfels, TX with his wife and 2 kids. Coach Beck brings great knowledge and experience to our organization, and we are blessed to have him.
